Iftikhar Ahmed smashed 6 sixes to Wahab Riaz in the 20th over of PSL exhibition match

Pakistani batter Iftikhar Ahmed smashed six sixes in an over on Sunday, playing for Quetta Gladiators in a Pakistan Super League (PSL) exhibition match against Peshawar Zalmi.

In the 20th over by former Pakistani fast bowler Wahab Riaz, Iftikhar smashed the veteran for 6,6,6,6,6,6 and made history in PSL. Iftikhar had scored 58 runs off 44 balls at the start of the final over. But you would be surprised that his score was 94 off just 50 balls at the end of this over. Iftikhar’s heroics helped his team immensely as Quetta was 148/5, and they reached 184/5 in 20 overs. Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) also acknowledged his brilliant effort on their Twitter.

Iftikhar is an accomplished batter in the T20 format of cricket. He scored 3,956 runs at an average of 29.08 with a strike rate of 127.24 in 204 matches and 186 innings. He achieved a century and 25 fifties in T20, with the best score of 100* associated with him.
