IND vs PAK: Did not bring the burden of IPL here: Jasprit

After the match, Jasprit Bumrah said that we have not brought the burden of IPL being batting-friendly here. Bumrah revealed that he is a fan of bowling and often turns off the TV after seeing batsmen scoring runs.

Jasprit Bumrah said, “We are happy that we did not bring the burden (of IPL being batsman friendly). When there is a good fight between bat and ball, it is more interesting to watch. When batsmen are scoring runs freely, I turn off the TV. I have been a fan of bowling since childhood.”

Bumrah reveals strategy

Bumrah was the highest wicket-taker for India in this match, while he conceded the least runs. The fast bowler took 3 wickets giving just 14 runs in 4 overs. Revealing his strategy, he said, “We did not try to bowl any magical ball. The strategy was to be accurate and use the big boundaries to our advantage.”
