India strikes again in the 3rd ODI against New Zealand

India finished the three matches ODI series against New Zealand with a remarkable victory. Indian cricket team magnificently whitewashed the kiwis by defeating them in the 3rd One-day by 90 runs to clinch the three-match series 3-0. Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill by scoring centuries set the road map towards a massive total on the board comprising 386 runs. Shardul Thakur and Yuzvendra Chahal restricted the New Zealand team, scoring 295 runs for all-out by getting three-wicket each. Both of them played a crucial role in the Indian team defeating New Zealand by 90 runs in the 3rd and final ODI in Indore.

Devon Conway scored a brilliant century during chasing, but all went in vain. He and Henry Nicholls provided a good start to Kiwis for clearing the road towards the huge target. Kuldeep Yadav broke the partnership after taking the wicket of Nicholls for 42 runs. New Zealand batters failed to fight as Chahal proved as a big hurdle for them, after Conway was out by Umran Malik. Finally, India defeated New Zealand by 90 runs in the third ODI and clean-sweep them in the series to become the new No. 1 ranked team in ODIs.
