Ishan Kishan is an Indian International cricketer. The left handed wicket keeper batsman have played ODI and T20 international cricket for India. He is a promising player who have the ability to go from ball one. He plays for Mumbai Indians in IPL as an opener and he is one the important member of the side. Ishan plays for Jharkhand in the domestic circuit.

He started playing for Jharkhand in Ranji Trophy from 2014 itself but he got his due in the 2016-17 edition where scored 273 runs against Delhi setting a new record for Jharkhand in the competition. Next season in 2017- 2018 he was a leading scorer for Jharkhand with 484 runs in six matches and in the 2018–19 Vijay Hazare Trophy, with 405 runs in nine matches.
He was selected for the India C team for the 2018–19 Deodhar Trophy in October 2018 and scored a century in the championship match. In February 2019 during the 2018–19 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy match against Jammu and Kashmir, he scored an unbroken century. Kishan hit 113 not out against Manipur in the following game to register back-to-back century in the competition.
He was named to the India Red team for the 2019–20 Duleep Trophy in August and the India A team for the same competition in October. Kishan scored 173 runs against Madhya Pradesh on the first day of the 2020–21 Vijay Hazare Trophy in February 2021, contributing to a record total of 422 runs.

Ishan debut in IPL in 2016 as Gujrat Lions player. He got just 5 matches and scored 42 runs and took 1 catch. But in the next season he played 11 matches for GL and scored 277 runs with 1 half century. In 2018 he was picked by MI and now he is one of the important member of the team.
Ishan was included in the Twenty20 International (T20I) team for India to play England at home in February 2021. It was his first call-up to the national team, and on March 14, 2021, he made his debut, scoring 56 points on 32 balls. He was named the game’s top performer.
He was included in the Indian ODI and T20 teams for their trip to Sri Lanka in June 2021.On the tour, he played his first ODI in July and scored 59 points from 42 balls. He was included in India’s 2021 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup roster in September.
In the second of three ODIs against the visiting South Africans in October 2022, Kishan recorded his then-career-high score of 93 runs. Later that year, when India was touring Bangladesh, he became the youngest and fastest player to score a double century in an ODI at the age of 24 years and 145 days and broke Chris Gayle’s record of 138 balls by scoring 210 runs from 131 balls, breaking the 200-run barrier in 126 pitches. Ishan also became the fourth Indian player to reach a double century in an ODI and the first player to convert a first-ever ODI century into a double century.
