Rishabh Pant’s Remarkable Recovery: A Hopeful Return for the World Cup

Pant is working hard to regain his full fitness by the start of October. India will host the World Cup in the months of October and November 2023. It will be intriguing to see Pant’s ability level at that point.

Rishabh Pant Hints to Return in WC 2023

Rishabh Pant, an Indian wicketkeeper and batter who was involved in a car accident in December 2022, is making a swift recovery. Pant is presently receiving treatment at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru, and the NCA personnel as well as the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) have been pleasantly impressed by his speedy rate of recuperation. After having knee surgery in January, Pant was unable to walk and was using crutches to get around. He missed multiple bilateral series for India, the IPL 2022 final, and the WTC 2023 final. His chances of competing in the World Cup appeared slim. According to a report in ESPNcricinfo, BCCI is optimistic that Pant can still make it because he can walk pain-free and without any assistance.
