Rohit Sharma the player is not in the team’s victory

The Mumbai Indians defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore by six wickets on Tuesday at the Wankhede Stadium thanks in large part to Suryakumar Yadav, who led the team’s chase with an 83-run innings off just 35 balls. MI completed the 200-run chase in 16.3 overs. Along with Suryakumar, Nehal Wadhera also contributed significantly, scoring 52 runs off just 34 balls. Ishan Kishan’s 42 off 21 had provided the impetus for MI in the major pursuit. Earlier, in 20 overs, RCB scored 199 for 6. Faf du Plessis hit 65 off 41 while Glenn Maxwell hit 68 off 33. With figures of 3 for 36, Jason Behrendorff was MI’s top bowler.

Rohit Sharma Failing to Deliver

Rohit Sharma is one of the finest T20 player for India. He plays for Mumbai Indians in IPL and he is also the captain of the team. After initial defeats in IPL MI team was failing to make big but after the last match MI jumped to the top 3 spot in the points table. If we look in the individual performance Rohit is miserably failing to contribute as a player. His score card in this season of IPL is very very poor. His score card of 191 runs in 11 matches is not showing his caliber as a batsman. Technique is not the concern but the mentality in the approach is what lacking for Rohit. Just one 50+ score in 11 matches and hardly any contribution in the teams win.

Surya the SKY performer took Rohit Sharma’s MI home

Surya Kumar Yadav is one of the rare 360 player of India who have participated India in all 3 format of the game. He plays for MI in IPL and is very important member of the team. He can take the match in a whisker and last match against RCB he registered his high rated performance and won for the team in just 16.3 overs.

In the chase of 200 in 20 overs SKY scored 83 0f just 35 deliveries with 7 fours and 6 sixes. With 230+ strike rate he made sure the game goes in his team’s favor and he rightly did it. MI were 192 for 3 in just 15.4 over when SKY left the field. The damage was done already by the time he left and registered his career best score in IPL.

Rising Talent Nehal Wadhera

Nehal Wadhera a left handed batsman is yet another good find for MI. The middle order batsman came in the place of Tilak Varma and scored two consecutive half century. In the last match along with Surya he scored unbeaten 52 of jut 34 balls with 4 fours and 3 sixes. He hit the last ball six and sealed the game for MI against RCB in the home ground of MI at Wankede Stadium and announced his arrival in the international league IPL.
