Africa is afraid of Nepal, Kagiso Rabada's statement goes viral before SA vs NEP match

SA vs NEP: Kagiso Rabada refused to take Nepal lightly ahead of their last group match at Arnos Vale Ground in Kingstown, St Vincent on Saturday. The Proteas have already reached the Super 8s, having won all their 3 matches so far with a stellar performance.

SA vs NEP: What did Kagiso Rabada say?

“I hope the conditions will be better because there were drop-in pitches in the USA. You never know how they will play. Now you’ve really got the class that has existed at these venues for years. And you’ll probably see more competitive scores,” Rabada said on the eve of South Africa’s final Group D match against Nepal.

Rabada made it clear that he doesn’t want flat pitches where batsmen can score at will. Instead, Rabada called for more sporting pitches that offer something for both bowlers and batsmen.

“You want to play a game and find pitches where there is enough space for bowlers and enough space for batsmen. That’s basically what the game of cricket is. Otherwise, you can just call it batting or bowling,” Rabada said.
