Sharing CSK dressing room with Dhoni significantly improved my game: Moen Ali

Moeen Ali, an all-rounder for the Chennai Super Kings (CSK), has thanked MS Dhoni for assisting him in both his “captaincy” and entire “cricket” career. The all-around player also discussed his ambitions for the future. He also discussed Jos Buttler’s captaincy and Eoin Morgan’s legacy as skipper of England’s limited-overs team.

“I discussed a lot and spent significant time with MS. He listens and responds in detail to all queries, which makes him a great leader. He taught me a lot as a captain. He has taught me a lot about hitting, too. During an interview, Moeen Ali stated.

“The important thing is that they signed me and kept me. The support you receive from CSK is absolutely incredible. Everyone agrees that this franchise is the best.”

Ali emphasized the importance of CSK’s support for his “international career.” It significantly impacted my worldwide career, he claimed. CSK positioned me at No. 3 when I was batting at position seven for England (at position eight in Test matches). I received tremendous support from the franchise in this regard. Since England are the current ODI and T20I champions, Moeen Ali has been essential to England’s white-ball dominance in recent years. He further added that English team as an entire unit benefitted greatly from IPL, as they had to perform in front of huge crowds which led to an improved performance in international circuit.
